We spent last week in Melbourne for the All-Energy Convention. It was a good chance to reconnect with industry partners, learn what’s happening across the clean energy space, and spend some focused time with the Reclaim Energy team.
One of the highlights of the trip was getting a first look at their upcoming ECO R290 All-In-One Heat Pump, ahead of its official launch.
Previewing the ECO R290 All-In-One
The new system is made in Australia and has a compact, tidy design that suits different home layouts. It will be available in both 200L and 300L sizes, offering options for households with varying hot water needs.
It comes with a 6-year parts and labour warranty, which is great peace of mind for anyone looking for a reliable long-term hot water upgrade. It’s reassuring to see more products being developed locally with quality and longevity in mind.
During our visit, Ty also ran a training session at the Reclaim warehouse. The session covered commercial stainless steel tanks and manifold setups, with a focus on sharing practical knowledge and supporting best practice on larger installs.
Solar Cutters Awards Night
While we were in Melbourne, we also attended the Solar Cutters Awards Night. We were proud to be nominated for the Electrification Excellence Award, which recognises businesses helping shift Australia toward fully electrified homes and commercial spaces through solar, heat pump hot water, batteries, and EV charging solutions.
Congratulations to The Energy People for taking home the award. A well-deserved acknowledgement of their contribution and care for the industry.
